FAQ

Kitchens

Where can I buy Gusto Vero Salumi?

Through our distributors. In New South Wales, that's Quality Centre Food Services on 02 9748 6633. Other states are coming. Until then, tell us where you are and we'll let you know as soon as it's near you.

Can I try it before I order?

Yes. Samples are arranged through your distributor. If there isn't one in your state yet, tell us where you are and we'll be in touch as distributors come on board.

Which products can I get in NSW now?

From launch, our New South Wales distributor carries bresaola di wagyu, salame toscano, guanciale pepato, soppressata calabrese and 'nduja calabrese, with more of the range to follow.

Is it Australian?

Yes. Made in Australia from Australian pork, and Australian wagyu beef for the bresaola. Each product page shows its Australian content.

What about allergens?

Ingredients, allergens and nutrition are on every product page and spec sheet. Always check the product label.

Do you have spec sheets?

Yes. Each product page has a form that emails you the spec sheet and a one-page sell sheet.

Is there a minimum order? What are the delivery days?

That depends on your distributor, and they'll take you through it.

Can you slice or portion for us?

Every product already comes in a kitchen-ready format. We don't do bulk sliced packs yet, but we have the capability in-house and it's on the way. If it's something you'd use, tell us.

Distributors

Which states are you appointing in?

We have a distributor in New South Wales. Victoria and Queensland are next, and we're happy to talk about any state.

What do you look for in a distributor?

We're looking for one distributor in each state, with exclusivity, though we're open to other ideas for the right partner. You don't need to carry the whole range from day one, but you'll want to build up to it. Above all, you'll already be supplying the kitchens these products are made for, and plenty of them. Our New South Wales distributor is a good example of what we mean. If you work the same way in your state, talk to us now.

What support do you give?

Plenty. Samples for your reps and your customers, because chefs need to try it in their own kitchens. We'll come out for launch visits, tastings and evenings with you, and we'll support you with photography, spec sheets and sell sheets. We'd rather be in front of chefs with you than behind a desk. The range is priced as everyday value from the start, so it doesn't rely on discounting to sell.

How do I apply?

Tell us about your business.
